Anthem Las Vegas is a community tucked away in the Black Mountains, located just south of the city.  The 4,700+ acre community is famous for its namesake waterfall that visitors see before entering the neighborhood itself, designed to emulate a tropical, desert-like setting where each of the Anthem homes for sale complement the surroundings.  Five neighborhoods comprise Anthem real estate called Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry, Anthem Country Club, Anthem Highlands and Solera.  Each of them have unique features, Anthem Country Club being a golf community while Solera functioning as a retirement community.

If you're a frequent flyer, the McCarran International Airport is northwest of Anthem. There is also an additional golf club to the northeast called Wildhorse Golf Club as well as Sunset Park next door to the golf course if you happen to have children or just want to enjoy some recreational time.  Also to the northwest is the Las Vegas Strip.
